Volunteer

We need volunteers before, during and after North 2013. We have some great concessions for people that work on site to help us put on the event. If you are willing to give time (blood, sweat and tears), and are fit and able to do physical work, we’d love to hear from you. Please call the North office on 07936 230387 for more information.

TUESDAY 20th – FRIDAY 23rd AUGUST

Set up teams – to lay carpets, hang drapes, put up security fences, peg out pitches.
 Venue set up – On Friday, we need people to lay carpets and set up the main venue. 
Catering – to help us feed the people on site (and clear up afterwards!!!).

Signposting around the site.

THURSDAY 22nd AUGUST

We need a team to help us with car parking, traffic management and directing people to their sites.

FRIDAY 23rd – 26TH AUGUST

We need a team to steward various venues, move chairs, car parking etc.
We also need a bigger catering team – we have over 180 staff on site from Friday onwards! We need technical people to help us with Videoing and stewarding through the weekend.
 We also need a team to lead cleaning the toilets.

MONDAY 26TH – TUESDAY 27TH AUGUST

We need teams to put everything away and return the site to its former glory!

IF YOU OFFER TO HELP – WHAT DO YOU GET?

SETUP
Well, we feed you, water you and give you lots of encouragement and fun! (Meals stop Friday lunch time, 14:00)
We’ll also offer all set up team members half price entry to North 2013.

DURING THE WEEKEND
For those in the catering, we offer total free entry.
 There are also concessions for those that miss 1 or more meetings each day.

BREAK DOWN
Again, we will feed you from Monday lunchtime until you leave site.
